Flexible Schedule Options

Parttime or fulltime, May-September 202
Rotating 223 schedule, 12hour days
1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift 58 hours

Description

Comply with all safety and health guidelines, quality standard practices/procedures, and housekeeping standards
Locate, read & interpret standard practices and procedures from multiple cells
Provide information to master tech on improvements to standard practices or cell procedures
Perform a variety of job duties in the wax cell including, but not limited to die changeover, sprue or pattern manufacturing, mold assembly, and inspection
Perform a variety of job duties in the dip cell including, but not limited to hanging and dipping molds by hand, running the robotic dip cell, unloading molds, dewaxing, and inspection
Perform a variety of job duties in the melt cell including, but not limited to wrapping molds, loading ovens, pulling, setting, pouring, melting, shell removal, and part removal
Perform a variety of job duties in the finishing cell including, but not limited to removing gates, cleaning parts, operating CNC equipment, inspection and repair, shipping, and receiving to customers or subcontractors
Maintain electronic records in various manufacturing systems
Performing preventative maintenance on equipment or processes as assigned by leadership

What we are looking for

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus but not required

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Frequently required to stand, walk, talk, hear
Use hands to work tools, controls, etc.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
