Our maintenance technicians will be provided with a company truck, fuel card, work phone, uniforms and all necessary tools/equipment to properly do their job.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning baskets, tile brushing, brushing pool surfaces, skimming/netting the pool, vacuuming etc.
• Test and balance water chemistry to ensure optimal conditions
• Inspect pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role preferred
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently
• Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and maintenance procedures
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills and a customerfocused mindset
• Familiarity with technology/apps for pool service companies is beneficial
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
