IT


Rocket Lab's IT team is responsible for how our global teams access information and run operations across our computer systems, networks, and devices.

Our hardworking IT team is a group of flexible problem-solvers working in a fast-paced environment but who also thrive under the challenge of supporting all of our proprietary systems and people, from finance to launch operations.


ERP SUPPORT ANALYST I

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:


  • Be a member of a high performing global ERP support team delivering fast, quality ERP support across multiple business functions and sites.
  • Participate in continuous ERP system improvement initiatives.

YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Certificate or degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or demonstrated equivalent level of knowledge.
  • A basic understanding of enterprise systems and the role they play in an organization and a passion to learn about ERP systems in a hightech manufacturing company.

THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:

  • Infor LN experience/knowledge will be a PLUS
  • Outstanding interpersonal, teamwork, communication and learning skills.
  • Outstanding analytical & problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Certifications related to supply chain and/or production.
  • Experience of ERP systems in manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Training and support experience

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
  • Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, operate computer keyboard and controls, and communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Must be physically able to commute to buildings.
  • Occasional exposure to dust, fumes and moderate levels of noise.

Pay Range:
$29/hr - $37/hr_
