We are currently seeking a Manufacturing/Production Supervisor to join our Seapower Capability Center (SCC) team within the Hardware/Sensors and Test Value Stream.

In this role, you will lead a team responsible for manufacturing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and achieving organizational goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is vital for success, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements using six sigma and lean methodologies.

Implement manufacturing operations strategy and control systems
Address root causes of production issues and develop corrective action plans
Utilize various business systems and tools for efficient labor and process management
Supervise employees and oversee production scheduling and inventory control systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience
Experience with lean manufacturing and six sigma projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and MRP systems
Previous experience in supervising employees and understanding labor regulations

The salary for this role ranges from $77,000 to $163,000. Additional benefits such as annual incentive programs and paid leave may apply based on the candidate's qualifications.
