Job Description:
- Maintenance of customer orders in SAP
- Support during order start (preparation of preliminary documents, scheduling appointments, follow-up)
- Creation of additional offers and processing of additional orders
- Invoicing
- Organization of customer visits (e.g. kick-off, design review or FAT)
- Preparation and follow-up of project meetings and documents
- Examination and processing of sample materials
- Creation of evaluations and statistics
- Other support tasks related to project processing
Requirements:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of SAP
- Experience in invoicing is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Fluent in German and good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Structured, reliable and very careful working style
- Team and communication skills
- Assertiveness and flexibility
- Organizational talent
