Description
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable/receivables including invoices and ensure accurate coding and documentation
- Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and uptodate accounting records
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies
- Perform office administrative tasks
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using accounting software and systems (Sage, CommerceHub, TrueCommerce)
- Knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
