The Opportunity


We are seeking a visionary Manager who will thrive in both autonomous and collaborative settings, working closely with the Director, the R&D Leadership Team, and other innovative minds within the R&D department.

This position is a combination of project leadership and people leadership.

A deep understanding and masterful expertise in formulating and developing a range of products—including powders and ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages—from initial concept to successful execution are fundamental.

This permanent position will report to the Sr. Director Research & Development.


The Skills you will bring to the team Bachelors of Science degree in Food Science Years of experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience working in the food, beverage, or dietary supplement industry; prior development and knowledge of dietary supplements is an advantage Expert knowledge and mastery in formulating RTDs across various processing conditions (retort, hot fill, HTST, aseptic, etc.) alongside expertise in powders.

Demonstrated ability to lead products from concept to market, showcasing a thorough understanding of flavor systems, lab processes, and production dynamics.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, nutritional software, and preferably SAP, with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership competencies in developing and motivating teams, managing work effectively, and navigating ambiguity with resilience and perseverance.

Resilience and adaptability, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and lead projects to successful completion in a fast-paced, global environment.

Developing Direct Reports and Others

  • Provides challenging and stretching tasks and assignments; holds frequent development discussions; is aware of each direct report's career Lift on an occasional basis floor to waist 40 pounds
