Examples of duties are:

• Process accounts payable.
• Post all checks received from tenants. Review bank accounts daily to ensure all tenant payments via ACH or wire are posted timely to tenant ledgers.
• Prepare late fee reports and coordinate with asset managers.
• Run monthly tenant billing statements.
• Preparation and/or review of bank reconciliations.
• Import monthly financials and budgets to accounting system.

Requirements:

• Accounting experience
• Working knowledge of computer systems
• Ability to multitask and selfreview
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary commensurate with experience.

$ $25.00 per hour
