We are currently seeking a school companion for the 22/23 school year at Kirchheim Elementary School, with a workload of 15 hours per week.

The tasks of school companions are based on the individual support needs of the student.

  • They assist in everyday situations during class
  • Help with organizing and structuring tasks
  • Facilitate communication with classmates and teachers
  • Prevent dangerous situations
  • Provide support during crisis situations
  • Intervene in challenging behaviors in a guiding manner

Your skills:

Commitment, resilience, enjoyment in working with children with disabilities, empathy, and teamwork.


Your profile:


Previous professional experience in fields such as special education assistant, childcare worker, educator, or similar is desirable but not mandatory.
