Deputy Residential Area Manager - Jasper, United States - Nexus Enterprises
Description
We are currently looking for a Deputy Head of Care (m/f/d) for our Heilig Geist House, starting immediately.Your Responsibilities:
- Providing basic and treatment care, as well as supporting and guiding our residents
- Digital documentation of care
- Being the main contact person for residents, their relatives, and caregivers
- Ensuring care and support standards, professional nursing, and continuous quality assurance and improvement
- Assisting with biographical care planning
- Transparent communication with all parties involved in care and support (e.g. case discussions, attending meetings)
- Supervising and scheduling staff in the absence of the Head of Care
- Assisting with the management of the living area (use and procurement of resources, data collection, reporting, etc.)
- Completed training as a nursing professional, nurse, (pediatric) nurse, geriatric nurse, or nursing specialist
- Planned, ongoing, or successfully completed qualification as a responsible nursing professional, ward manager, or head of care according to §71 SGB XI
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confidence and composure
- Gender and culturally sensitive awareness
