We have a Direct Hire opportunity in Houston, TX

This is a Full-Time opportunity as an Inside Sales This position is with a well-known/well established Organization & they are looking to grow their team.

Duties:

The Inside Sales/Customer Service is responsible for reviewing requests for quotations, relaying appropriate information to Engineering and completing quotations with the support of Sales Manager.

This position is also responsible for coordination of delivery, order entry, documentation, and any additional customer requirements in conjunction with the Account Manager assigned to the account.

Strong computer skills as well as time management, organization, multitasked and communications skills are required for this position.

Responsibilities:

Work with other onsite personnel (or vendor personnel) to provide service including pulling parts, cross referencing descriptions and order entry to receipt.
Expedite orders as requested by the customer through interactions with vendors.
As needed, act as customer's onsite expert by attending production and engineering meetings and then providing appropriate follow up.
Provide support to all members of the sales team to facilitate optimal customer service from quote to delivery.

Education and/or Experience
Individual must have a Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Oil and Gas Experience is a plus.
