Description
The Middle East Broadcasting Networks, Inc. (MBN) is seeking a Recruiter, in our Human Resources/Administration Department at our headquarters in Springfield, VA.


SPECIFIC DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develops and refines sourcing strategies for all positions.
  • Determines recommended recruitment strategy for open positions.
  • Maintains accurate and updated records in MBN's Applicant Tracking and Onboarding System.
  • Completes administrative onboarding tasks for all new hires.
  • Represents MBN at career fairs and campus recruiting events.
  • Coordinates internship program activities.
  • Prepares and maintains reports as requested by sr. manager and Director.

OTHER DUTIES:


  • The incumbent may be asked to perform additional duties and take on other responsibilities as dictated by events and circumstances.

QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human resources or related field with 3 years of experience or 56 years experience with corporate recruitment exposure.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Taleo).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Conversational Arabic skills and knowledge of the Middle East Region preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a tight timeframe.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Sense of urgency, proactive approach to role; confident and credible.
