Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for international outreach initiatives, such as registration and travel/accommodation arrangements for conferences, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Handle paperwork and administrative tasks including filling forms, creating letters, and reference checks.
  • Manage calendars for international team members to schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with the coordination of virtual meetings and events
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate international outreach initiatives

Requirements:


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred
  • Data processing, reporting skills, and confidentiality
  • Strong follow up, organization skills, attention to detail, exceptional timemanagement, and problem solving.
  • Must be able to work with a team and independently
  • Flexible hours to accommodate international time differences
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, and should be passionate, selfmotivated, professional, personable, and goaldriven.
  • Demonstrating consultative sales aptitude.
  • Access to a personal vehicle for transportation to and from businesses or events

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree equivalent require
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a higher education or international context
  • Experience with event planning and travel coordination preferred but not required
