- Serve as budget analyst for the organization executing of Operations and Maintenance (OMA) Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) requirements.
- Oversee funding mechanisms throughout the complete Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) cycle to ensure proper integration, data integrity and consistency in presentation.
- Prepare and present appropriate consolidated, and/or special budget data for management review and decision support.
- Provide expert advice to program and financial management officials.
- Develop, prepare and maintain major program input for briefings, speeches, testimony, or presentation
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Achieve Level II Certification in Business- Financial Management within 24 months of the effective date.
- This position may require up to 25% temporary duty travel.
- Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
