  • ABOUT THE ROLE
  • A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESCreate and maintain response plays across a variety of incident management and monitoring tools, such as Blameless, Pager Duty, Service Now, Dataminr, DataDog & New Relic
  • Support the development and reporting of key operational metrics to drive improvements over time
  • Assist SRO team with creation and ongoing updates to documentation, including operational runbooks
  • NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
  • A Bachelor's Degree is awesome, but not required
  • Experience with operations and cloudbased services
  • Knowledge of internet and digital / streaming platforms
  • Understanding of orchestration and monitoring of cloudnative services
  • Ability to work and stay calm under pressure, in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Schedule flexibility is key to support the operational needs of the business. This role may operate on an adjusted schedule including weekends, overnights, early mornings, etc.
  • Experience/knowledge of the broadcast industry is preferred
