ABOUT THE ROLE
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESCreate and maintain response plays across a variety of incident management and monitoring tools, such as Blameless, Pager Duty, Service Now, Dataminr, DataDog & New Relic
Support the development and reporting of key operational metrics to drive improvements over time
Assist SRO team with creation and ongoing updates to documentation, including operational runbooks
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
A Bachelor's Degree is awesome, but not required
Experience with operations and cloudbased services
Knowledge of internet and digital / streaming platforms
Understanding of orchestration and monitoring of cloudnative services
Ability to work and stay calm under pressure, in a fastpaced environment
Ability to multitask
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong team player
Schedule flexibility is key to support the operational needs of the business. This role may operate on an adjusted schedule including weekends, overnights, early mornings, etc.
Experience/knowledge of the broadcast industry is preferred
