    Randstad is looking for a 2ND Shift Quality Supervisor who will work closely with food manufacturing procedures, meet, and maintain product quality, identify, solve, and prevent problems affecting product quality, maximize productivity, and comply with all local, and federal requirements, including USDA regulations.

    salary:
    $58,240 - $70,720 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Perform room checks and cooler checks to ensure GMP compliance, acceptable environmental conditions, and product quality Perform quality assurance inspection tasks to include verification and tracking of correct product ingredients, labels, lot #, code date, net weights, et. Review quality records for completion, accuracy, and adherence to internal specifications. Help ensure that each product is manufactured according to FDA and USDA regulations including, but not limited to maintaining cooking charts, yields, SSOP, and HACCP records Verify thermometer accuracy. Perform pre-op and maintenance inspections. Develops and maintains standards and methods for routine quality inspections and evaluations. Assists the quality team in developing and maintaining procedures and work instructions. Work with the team on proactively improving the quality department and production facility. Oversees root cause investigations and collaborates on corrective and preventive actions. Maintains and accounts for product and raw material holds. Oversee plant pest control program and actively work with pest control provider on corrective actions and investigations. Provide necessary documentation or knowledge for internal and external audits.
