  • Your main focus in Compensation includes responsibility for timely preparation, execution, and review of monthly salary payments in collaboration with the service provider
  • You will also manage benefits, both in terms of administration and strategic alignment
  • In reporting, you will be responsible for monthly budget checks and annual budget creation in collaboration with the HR management. You will also create regular reports for the board and executive committee
  • You will handle audits and projects on various topics such as digitization

You have completed your studies in a relevant field and want to use your expertise, experience, and dedication for our children's aid organization.


Additionally, you possess the following qualities:

  • Completed degree (Bachelor) or training with further education in HR
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in HR with a focus on salary payments
  • Experience with DATE
