Responsibilities:


We are a fast-paced law firm that utilizes Litify / Salesforce for case management and recently migrated to a new RingCentral phone system with full integration into our Salesforce instance.


We are looking for a temporary 1-3 month consultant to come primarily on site in our River Edge NJ location to optimize the phone system.


  • Resolve bugs in call routing
  • Improve and streamline the Salesforce / RingCentral integration
  • Train staff on functionality and proper procedures
  • Maximize adoption and utilization of the phone system as well as the integration.


We are looking for someone who has extensive experience with RingCentral as well as Salesforce to use their talents to resolve some issues in our systems and polish our setup overall.
