Provides clinical and administrative leadership and expertise. Facilitates an atmosphere of participative management and the development of collegial relationships. Visible, accessible and committed to communicating effectively with staff. Promotes the professional practice of all disciplines. Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner. QUALIFICATIONS :
A.
Education:
Licensed and currently registered in the State of Connecticut as a Professional Nurse required.
Preparation in nursing management preferred.
B.
Experience:
Seven years current psychiatric nursing experience required.
Minimum of five years experience in a leadership position preferred.
