YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT C&A As a Store Manager, you will lead your store and take responsibility for its long-term profitability and efficient processes.

With a business-oriented eye for important details and key figures, you recognize the strengths and weaknesses of your store and organize yourself and your employees to ensure optimal positioning in the market.
In addition to managing employees, you are also responsible for their further training.
For this, you maintain close contact with your store's managers (such as Sales Managers or Team Leaders), who act as the interface between you and the sales staff.
In day-to-day operations, you are present on the sales floor and always lead by example in customer interactions.
You take customer questions, suggestions, and improvement ideas seriously and follow up on them to continuously improve the store's performance.
