When you join RadNet as an

You Will:

Provide continuously network monitoring to identify and address potential issues or anomalies impacting system performance.
Utilize advanced software tools to process mammography images, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
Collaborate with our AI development team to provide backend support for AI algorithms used in mammography image analysis.
Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring issues are logged, categorized, and resolved efficiently.
Conduct routine health checks on backend systems to detect and address potential issues, maintaining system reliability.
Perform quality assurance checks on processed mammography images and AI outputs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, support ticket status, and resolution details for future reference.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in backend IT support and quality assurance, particularly in the healthcare or medical imaging field.
Proficiency in mammography image processing software is a significant advantage.

Pay Range:
USD $50, USD $65,000.00 /Yr.
