As a
Marketing Coordinator in our
Madison office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.


Responsibilities:

You will assist the Director of Business Development in tracking leads, developing team strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals and interview materials/presentations, and managing all the marketing information.


Qualifications:

Expertise of our most successful Marketing Coordinators:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing professional services, preferably within the A/E/C industry
  • Microsoft Office experience required.
  • Experience with CRM software a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop software a plus.
