We are seeking a friendly professional to join our team to answer and attend to customer service calls.

This position requires someone who is able to
_ "smile over the phone"_ and has experience and willingness in dealing with various types of customer calls.

General administrative duties may also be included in this role as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Provide friendly and timely customer service
  • Performs front desk, including triage of calls and switchboard
  • Sells services to customers, with support of Service and Repair teams
  • Creates invoices and takes payments using company software
  • Maintains accurate customer files
  • Track lead sources of all customers
  • Assist operational roles with customer contact and follow up
  • Update expired autopay information in appropriate systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education, Licensure and Experience Requirements:


  • High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent experience
  • At least 1year experience in an office environment
  • Previous experience in a service industry, a plus
  • Experience working in a fastpaced and highly crossfunctional organization
  • Familiarity with pool service language and equipment, a plus
  • Able to pass a preemployment background check and drug test
This is a fast-paced position.

We're looking for a team member who can multi-task, is a problem solver, and doesn't shy away from conflict resolution.


_Good attendance and punctuality are a must._

_This position is In-office in Gilbert, AZ, Tuesday-Saturday 9-3pm

Compensation - This
hourly position is paid weekly. You will be provided paid on-the-job training and all the tools to be successful. Starting pay will depend on experience.
$17 hourly
