    Job DescriptionDescriptionAbout the Role:
    As an Events Assistant at Elite Branding, you'll play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of memorable events that showcase our brand and engage our audience. You'll work closely with the events team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of all aspects of our events, from logistics to attendee experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of dynamic events and contribute to the success of our brand.
    Key Responsibilities
    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and event logistics.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services.
    • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance.
    • Assist in managing event budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
    • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in event planning or related field preferred.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
