If you are looking for the most intense and rewarding challenge of your career then read on...DIRTT is seeking aCNC Operatorto work in our Savannah Factory.The successful candidate must be able to work a 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shift rotation.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:
    • Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding and milling
    • Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results
    • Package product safely and appropriately
    • Learn and apply lean tools and methodologies
    • Practice excellent general housekeeping, including but not limited to, work area, floor areas, benches and storage areas to ensure a safe work environment
    • Inspection of finished units for adherence to documented quality standards
    WHO YOU ARE:
    • Experience on vertical/horizontal milling machines / HAAS / CNC lathes preferred
    • Experience with programming is an asset
    • You will have working knowledge of G-Codes and CNC Milling operations
    • Must understand drawing interpretation, dimension checking and measurements
    • Understand proper material handling techniques
    • Be computer literate - 3D software and excel are highly utilized programs here
    • Be highly detail-oriented; conducting frequent & consistent quality checks is a must
    • Have a strong track-record for being accountable and timely
    • Have excellent communication skills
    • Love working with others
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment,
    • Live the importance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & adhere to safety, requirements and inform the Supervisor of any unsafe situations.
