Starbucks Global Planning & Sourcing Finance is seeking a business analysis manager to drive business case development and elevated insights & analytics in support of the organization.
This role is heavily project-based and contributes to Starbucks success by performing highly complex financial models used for decision support and partnering cross-functionally to execute value-add projects.
Additionally, the business analysis manager will be responsible for designing solutions and making recommendations, with clear communication to senior leaders and relevant stakeholders.

You will be responsible for leading various projects and/or business cases focused on process improvement and strategic enablement.
Utilize Analytical Skills to Identify Areas for Improvement: You will be required to utilize various financial and operational analytical skills to identify gaps and potential process improvement areas.
You will analyze identified gaps / issues to determine impact to the business.Effectively Communicate Results to Leadership:
You will be responsible for synthesizing financial and operational information and clearly communicating to all levels of management.

You will need to develop innovative solutions and drive best practices across the organization.

Progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and business planning – 7 years
Relevant internal control / process design experience – 7 years
Applicable industry experience – 5 years
Contributing to and leading cross-functional teams – 5 years
Making recommendations to and influencing decision makers – 5 years
