Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Formulate policies to streamline office operations and ensure compliance with organizational objectives.
• Manage daytoday office operations, including but not limited to resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination of activities.
• Plan and oversee the utilization of training resources to meet organizational needs effectively.
• Conduct policy analysis, review, and research to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Perform market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Qualify training and development solutions based on organizational requirements and market trends.
• Develop communication products, including meeting summaries, status reports, and presentations, based on research findings and analysis.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement policies and strategies effectively.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct policy analysis, market research, and qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Previous experience in policy development and implementation a plus.
• Knowledge of industry DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access) best practices and emerging trends in operations management preferred.

$85, $95,000.00 per year
