- Conduct Data Analysis and Reporting: Responsible for intricate data analysis and advanced reporting to support regulatory disclosures, such as contributing to the Proxy Statement and other filings.
- Oversee Equity Plan Administration: Collaborate with vendors to analyze and manage equity plans, ensuring accurate grants and vesting, coordinating with Legal for disclosures, and creating reports.
- Participate in Compensation Surveys & Develop Benchmarking: Provide analysis of market intelligence, assess industry-specific data, and offer consultation to facilitate key decision-making and provide overall insights and solutions.
- Coordinate Annual Processes: Work with the team to execute annual merit, bonus, and long-term incentive planning processes, focusing on educating WK team members about our compensation programs.
- Collaborate across WK Kellogg Co: Engage with Total Rewards, HR, business units, HRIS, Finance, and Legal on compensation matters and carry out other assigned projects.
- 5-8 years of executive and/or equity compensation experience
- Experience in a public company or leading consulting firm
- Bachelor's degree or International Equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong grasp of financial and accounting statements
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
