Carnival Maritime, located in Cibolo, TX, is seeking an Operator Medical Services (f/m/d) to join our team.

As part of our commitment to achieving net carbon-neutral ship operations by 2050, we have established a new center of excellence to support our company in defining and implementing our decarbonization strategy and addressing technological challenges.

In this role, you will support the Medical Manager in the daily operations of Costa ships, ensuring the proper maintenance of on-board hospitals.

You will also manage product orders and assist with SeaCare maintenance and compliance audits. Additionally, you will work on project-specific tasks as directed by the Medical Manager and Head of Medical Operations. Ship visits may be required, but will not exceed 40% of your time.

To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in nursing or Medical Assistant Training and preferably have experience working in a shipboard medical center on a cruise ship.

Proficiency in MS Office programs is also required. We are looking for someone who is reliable, has strong problem-solving skills, and can effectively communicate with multiple teams. An independent and driven personality is also important.
