    About our Assisted Living division:

    We serve aging adults, adults with mental health disabilities and adults with physical disabilities. We are looking for individuals who are genuinely-devoted to caring for our clients. This facility is home to 43 private rooms and suites in a home-like environment. If you are genuine, compassionate, and want to make a difference. Consider joining our team

    We are currently offering a $250 hiring bonus (paid out in increments) for this program only

    Compensation:

    • $19.00/hour
    • $21.50/hour with CNA certification

    Location:

    • 5601 Grand Ave Duluth, MN 55807

    Hours of Position:

    • Days
    • Evenings
    • Nights
    • 12 Hour Shifts
    • Some Shorter Shifts Available

    No experience required

    Typical Job Duties:

    • Provide routine individualized care to the residents
    • Monitor and report changes in resident health status
    • Provide personal care, such as bathing
    • Provide specialized healthcare, such as administering medications, checking vitals and blood sugars
    • Assisting with room cleans and serving meals

    Requirements:

    • 18 years or older
    • Pass a MN DHS Background Study
    • Every other weekend rotation is required
    • Prefer PCA/CNA experience- you will receive a higher wage if you are CNA certified
