Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant include:

• Providing personal care and hygiene assistance to patients in different healthcare settings
• Collaborating with medical professionals to deliver top-notch patient care
• Assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Aiding in mobility, transfers, and exercise routines
• Monitoring vital signs, fluid intake/output, blood sugar levels, and maintaining accurate records
• Observing patients and reporting any issues to the supervisor

Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistants:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and Active CNA Certification in Minnesota
• Minimum Age of 18 years
• Familiarity with State and Federal Healthcare Regulations
• Compassionate, Strong Communication Skills, and Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs.
