Summary & Key Responsibilities:
- Full stack product focus through all testing domains to ensure proper coverage and ownership
- Review and monitor HW/FW test plans developed by HW/FW vendors.
- Support testing at all layers by engineering mocks, and simulators, test data generators etc. to allow more efficient testing
- Advise and monitor unit test practices and standards
- Prepare and execute detailed test plans for each testing domain that address functional and nonfunctional test lenses such as performance, security functional, UI/UX, accessibility, responsiveness, and many more.
- Develop and implement automation framework architectures
- Develop critical sutomated regression tests at integration and end user journey levels.
- Promote continuous execution of automated tests in CI/CD pipelines
- Perform manual testing from both FE and BE perspective
- Involved in backlog refinement, story and epic creation, acceptance criteria refinement etc.
- Develop and support defect management process and assist with defect retresting
- Development of quality metrics and reports to keep program informed of the state and stuat of product quality
- Plan and coordinate E2E testing activities working with vendors and all stakeholders to plan tests, prepare data, execute and report results prior to launch
- Consolidating and generating Testing Plans, Qualification Protocols, Risk Assessments, Reports, Trace Matrix, as needed to ensure comprehensive testing strategy across IoT device ecosystem.
- Participate in and guide team in reviewing/generating User Requirements, Functional and Design Specifications.
- Using riskbased approach to determine testing, documentation, and verification activities, with appropriate justification of the approach.
- With team, develop testing strategy for components/workstreams that comprise the ecosystem. Deploy strategy, defining documentation requirements and hierarchy for integrated system.
- Communicate status, solutions, and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team. Facilitate and address issues within project.
- Working with existing testing team coordinating documentation and testing. Generate test cases, as needed. Execute testing as required.
- Collaborate with business, quality, and technical individuals throughout project in generation of project testing deliverables.
- Proficient in the various testing methodologies such as Manual Testing, GUI Testing, Functionality Testing, Security Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Performance/Stress Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Back End Testing
- Knowledge of Jira System
Job Requirements:
- Minimum BA / BS or relevant work experience in information systems, engineering, or business.
- Highly skilled in software and/or device testing.
- Proven results in managing testing aspect of software implementation.
- Experience with use/control of Electronic Records/Electronic Signatures and electronic submissions to regulatory agencies.
- Solid project organizational skills. Ability to multitask. Must have strong analytical problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication including written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Selfmotivated, detail oriented, takes initiative and ability to work independently without close supervision.
