Description

As a Patient Scheduling Coordinator, you will help our patients gain access to life-enhancing medical care Quickly, accurately, and efficiently handle, register, and schedule calls in target-based environment.

No medical experience? No worries We offer comprehensive training that will allow you to feel comfortable with thoroughly helping patients.

This is a full-time position, based out of our Corporate Headquarters located in Northbrook, Illinois.

_Bilingual in English and Spanish, Russian or Greek highly preferred._

Responsibilities
-
Receive inbound retention calls from current customers in a multi-line call center environment:

Accommodate scheduling needs of existing patients including future appointments
Make outgoing confirmation and follow up calls
Make outbound calls to patients to reestablish patient care
Use pivot/rebuttals for customer retention and acquisition
Educate customers on membership features, offerings, billing and charges to retain customer
Act with urgency to meet and resolve customers' needs and problems
Demonstrate knowledge of services
Ensure customer issue followup is completed on time and accurately
Builds rapport and constructive and effective relationships.
Expediently handle all problems, issues, and challenges with professionalism
Additional duties as required
