Territory Manager


Vision executives are experts in international recruitment for the eyecare industry and we have partnered with a leading provider of premium eyewear solutions, who are looking for a Territory Manager to operate in New York and New Jersey.

This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company's presence in the region.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling the company's full portfolio of products to clients in the designated territory.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and developing relationships with new clients.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and specifications, to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Manage client accounts, including order processing, inventory management, and resolving any issues or concerns n a timely and professional manner.
  • Undertake travel within the designated territory as necessary to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in sales events.

What we are looking for:


  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the eyewear or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with optician practices and procedures is advantageous.

What's on offer:

- $50K - $90K basic salary, depending on experience.

  • 5% quarterly bonus & 2% yearly bonus.
  • 20% Commission.
  • Travel is paid for.

Pay:
$50, $90,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
