- 10% Completion Bonus Paid Annually for All Hours Worked.
- F16 Aircraft Maintenance Experience
- Corrosion Control (Paint), HAVE GLASS, or Low-Observable (LO) experience
- 24 years Quality Assurance experience on Fighter Aircraft in Modification and/or Maintenance environment
- Able to obtain/maintain respirator qualification
- Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings/instructions; system schematics/blueprints; and technical policy/maintenance instructions
- Demonstrated ability to identify and understand nonconformities as they relate to safetyofflight inspections, procedural breakdowns, and/or program (process) audits
- Experience with Quality Management System (QMS) internal audit processes
- Familiar with DCMA Instruction 8210.1C/D, Aircraft Ground Operations and Maintenance Procedures
- Experienced with conducting Process Compliance Surveillance Program (PCSP) audits
- Familiar with International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001:2015 & AS9100 aviation standards
- Experience with evaluating process compliance, write/review Corrective Action Preventative (CAP) reports, perform root cause analysis, and validate quality processes, responses and plans

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
