CMW Architect (Martech Architect)

Day to Day

· Business and Technical Alignment: Work closely with Digital Marketing and Operations stakeholders to realize their vision around CX, loyalty and personalization using technology

· Translate business requirements into technical solutions spanning the full stack of customer-facing marketing technology like content management, marketing automation, CRM, digital asset management, CDP and 1st and 3rd party digital commerce channels

· Solution Design: Create detailed solution designs, including system architecture, API specifications, data models, and process flows. Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, flexible, and meet business outcomes.

· Documentation: Prepare and maintain clear and concise technical documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and guidelines, to facilitate effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications

· BS degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent years of experience.

· At least 8+ years of experience working in technical roles helping deliver omni channel digital solution.

· At least 8+ years of experience working on Digital systems like various CMS, CRM, Martech systems

· Experience with headless martech stack a plus

· Strong collaboration skills, able to work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business objectives and effectively communicate complex concepts.

· Continuously updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, actively seeking opportunities for self-improvement and driving innovation.
