Job Summary:


This position will be a multidiscipline Security Professional who will be responsible for the Raytheon Pelham, NH location with primary responsibilities as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) under the 32 CFR of Federal Regulation Part 117 National Industrial Security Program (NISP).

Reporting to the Raytheon Associate Director of the Eastern Region.


Responsibilities to Anticipate:


  • Conduct, oversee, and provide leadership of the following elements: Personnel & Facility clearances, Training & Briefings, Classification & Markings, Administrative Inquiries, Safeguarding, Classified Visits & Meetings, Classified Subcontracting, DoD Closed Areas and other NISP requirements
  • Coordinate and collaborate with government and industry oversight agencies to facilitate inspections/audits of security programs and systems.
  • Enforce compliance with government and Company requirements in conjunction with Raytheon and RTX Technology standards. Investigate security violations and prepare reports detailing procedures to preclude future occurrences.
  • Closely work with other security cores. Including physical, cyber, mission areas and Special Programs where needed.
  • Lead facility level Insider Threat Program, security incident response and workplace violence team
  • Working with Defense Counterintelligence, Security Agency and/or other Cognizant Security Agency personnel as well as varying levels of senior and executive leadership
  • Conducting all Local Site Security and Document Control actions. To include but not limited to auditing classified safes, visitor control, transmitting and receiving classified hardware/material.

Qualifications You Must Have:


  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in either Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, or another related field and 8 years' of experience in a Security or related field.
  • Min of 8 years of experience as a Facility Security Officer managing and leading a facility
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance."
  • You must possess CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Curriculum Certificate or obtain within 6 months of hire date.
