Responsibilities:


  • Secure the affluent private clients of our partner, VR Bank Mittelfranken Mitte eG, in the areas of retirement planning and insurance.
  • Provide personal advice and support to our clients, either digitally or in person.
  • Acquire new customers in collaboration with bank advisors.
  • Coach sales partners in the sales region.

Profile / Requirements:


  • Training as an insurance specialist (m/f/d)
  • Indepth knowledge in the areas of personal and property insurance
  • Strong sales skills with a clear customer focus
  • Confident demeanor and communication skills
