- Administer Human Resources policies and procedures to support daily operations
- Provide internal HR service to employees and supervisors
- Assist in developing HR policies as assigned
- Manage administrative support and recordkeeping for the HR department
- Address employee relation issues, performance deficiencies, and policy violations
- Conduct performance evaluation processes and assist in salary administration
- Oversee benefit administration, recruiting processes, and job descriptions
- Support Director of HR in various projects and programs
- Manage unemployment claims, data analysis, and reporting requirements
- Conduct personnel file audits for compliance
- Enhance professional knowledge and skills for continuous improvement
- Promote a culture of customer service excellence and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications
The position requires a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field with at least six years of HR experience, including two years in a supervisory role.
