    Serve as a GEOINT Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of the Marine Corps. As a GEOINT SME, you will play a pivotal role for the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) in conducting research and analysis and be responsible for collaborating across military, government, and industry. Your expertise in GEOINT capabilities, posture, and operations, coupled with your ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, will be essential in gathering data and fostering cooperation to identify future challenges and opportunities, develop warfighting concepts, and comprehensively explore options to inform the combat development process and meet the challenges of future operating environments. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the development of forward-thinking solutions that address complex challenges. This effort shall enhance the ability of the Marine Corps to identify, develop, and deliver innovative capabilities for warfighter assessment and experimentation in support of the Marine Corps future force design and development activities.

    You Have:

    • 10+ years of experience with Navy or Marine Corps (N/MC) intelligence or information warfare programs or projects
    • Experience with commercial and national space-based collection systems and imagery formats, and GEOINT software tools such as ArcGIS, SOCET GXP, QT Modeler, and ENVI
    • Knowledge of Marine Corps-level organizations, DoD and DON policies, and the relationships between primary N/MC operations, engineering, and acquisition organizations
    • Knowledge of policies and procedures regarding the analysis and collection of GEOINT
    • Knowledge of geospatial collections processes, including Collections Requirements Management (CRM) and Collections Operations Management (COM)
    • Ability to analyze and exploit synthetic aperture radar, multispectral, electro-optical, and thermal imagery
    • Ability to exploit and manipulate geophysical data sets and employ them in analysis, and produce tactical and theater GEOINT products
    • Ability to develop concept documents, conceptual roadmaps, and transition plans for new and emerging technologies
    • TS/SCI clearance
    • Bachelors degree

    Nice If You Have:

    • Experience serving in the USMC
    • Experience with MCWL, CD&I, or Marine Corps Systems Command
    • Experience working as a project manager and leading programs involving Intelligence or technology services
    • Ability to work with and report to senior military leadership
    • Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills

    Clearance:

    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
