Job summary
The Assistant General Operations Manager maintains full operational responsibility for all distribution and transportation operations. They must provide solid leadership, coaching, direction, and resources to build a team capable of executing and delivering service and cost for both tactical and strategic initiatives.Build relationships at multiple levels in order to work cross organizationally toward solutions
Identify mentor develop high potential team members to build strong leadership pipeline within supply chain operations; implement structured training programs cross functional development plans succession planning strategies ensure organizational readiness long term talent sustainability
