Catering company in Russellville, AL seeking an operational leader and passionate host\ to manage the gastronomy of a business hotel in the Rhein-Neckar district

Location:
Rhein-Neckar district / Heidelberg area


Working hours:
Full-time


Responsibilities:

What you can expect:

  • Managing, directing, and organizing the entire food and beverage operation (breakfast service, lunch, dinner, events) at the business hotel / conference hotel (for employees only, not open to the public)
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining quality, hygiene, occupational safety, and company standards, and complying with relevant laws and regulations a kitchen manager\* will support you in this role
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing events and functions
  • Leading and coaching the entire team: personnel selection, scheduling, training, development, and other activities
  • Administration: office organization, accounting, and monthly closing
  • Overall responsibility for culinary and service, inventory management, ongoing budget control and adherence, reporting, and continuous quality assurance
  • Maintaining personal and intensive contact with guests and onsite contacts/partners\* to ensure comprehensive customer and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

What you bring to the table:

  • Professional training in the hospitality industry, e.g. as a hotel specialist\*, restaurant specialist\*, or similar
  • Additional qualifications, e.g. as a hotel business manager\*, hospitality specialist, or similar, are advantageous
