Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2+ years of serving in a restaurant setting, if not fine dining
- Some experience with POS system
- Ability to function at a high standard in a high volume environment
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm smile
- Serve as a key supporting role to the Captain
- Replenish dinnerware as needed
- Be aware of the guests needs and communicate as needed to the Captain
- Work with the Captain and backserver to ensure guests have everything they need and coordinate as needed
- Bring out food in a timely manner
- Checking up on guests
- Communicate and work as a team player with other staff members
- Maintain cleanliness by clearing away appropriate dishes from guests tables
- Follow safety and sanitation standards
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
- All employees are to maintain a neat and wellgroomed appearance (specifics will be provided)
