Full-Time Security Officer - Daily Pay Available

Job Title: Security Officer
Location: Clinton, IA

Environment: Industrial
Pay Rate: $18.00 hr.

General Job Functions:

Control Access to the facility, observe and report any issues.

Shift & Hours:

4:00 pm to 4:00 am - 3 days one week and 4 the next with 8 hours overtime each week working 4 days.

Mon/Tue/Fri and Sat/Sun/Wed/Thu

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

1. Control access to the facility and log visitors in and out

2. Observe and report any potential problems

General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
Respond quickly to critical situations
Ability to read and write detailed reports
Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
Computer literacy skills.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly.
Valid driver's license.
Clean driving record/history that meets GARDAWORLD standards.

General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:

Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
Pass an extensive screening process
