Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time Location: Pala, California

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming school year in Pala, CA. This is a full-time position offering the option of on-site work or vocational coverage (remote). The workload will be 37.5 hours per week, providing an enriching opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based intervention for students with speech and language disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' specific needs and goals.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a collaborative approach to intervention.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and other required paperwork.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Hold a valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in California.
Previous experience working with school-aged students is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
