This position is based in our office in Lingen and is offered full-time. The working hours are flexible.

Responsibilities

You will support a project management team in the selection and implementation of various ERP systems on behalf of our clients.
You will assist in the control, monitoring, and coordination of all activities in the project, including workshops such as requirements gathering and business process modeling.
You will act as the interface between ERP providers, our clients, and their key users.
You will regularly create reports on the project progress for client steering committees as well as internal project overviews and reviews.
You will assist in managing external service providers.
You will conduct training for end users under the guidance of senior ERP consultants.
You will assist in coordinating change processes.
You will support the execution of sub-projects using agile and traditional methods.
You will prepare for and participate in presentations and workshops with participants ranging from end users to management.

Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, (Business) Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
First professional experience in the ERP environment and project management is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Interest in IT consulting and motivation to grow in this field.
