BETWEEN TWO WORLDS As an IT specialist (m/f/d) at Blasdell, you will work in all departments where information and communication technologies are used.

This can include IT departments, as well as departments such as controlling, human resources, or sales. You will advise your clients on how to use IT systems to address business-related issues. You will translate the requirements into the language of IT. This involves analyzing processes, designing concepts, and supporting projects such as software implementation.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE.

At the start of your training, you have successfully completed the academic part of your Fachhochschulreife (higher education entrance qualification).

Being a pure nerd is not what we're looking for.

You should have an interest in programming languages, but you also need to be able to adapt to different people and understand their needs.

In school, you enjoy solving challenging math problems and you're not afraid to read a user manual for software in English.
