Training content

During your training, you will get to know our commercial departments. In the service center and customer service, you will gain knowledge about the entire order processing and customer care. You will take on the planning, control, and monitoring of our logistical processes and organize the shipping and storage of goods. In addition to price calculations and creating offers, you will handle customer complaints and work in goods receipt and dispatch. These training contents are complemented by the basics of financial accounting, including payment transactions, as well as cost and performance accounting. Your varied training will be rounded off by working in the human resources department, including payroll accounting.

Our requirements

Intermediate school leaving certificate or technical college entrance qualification
Good grades in mathematics, German, and economics
Interest in commercial relationships and logistical processes
Communication skills
Reliability
Friendly and confident demeanor
Enjoyment of working with computers
