Job Overview:

HRP Chicago is looking for passionate, motivated individuals for Chicago area events. We are seeking reliable and experienced Part-Time Mobile Stage Towing and Deployment Technicians to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for towing and setting up our mobile stages at various events and venues.

Trailer Towing experience is required. Scheduling is flexible based on your availability and varies based on event needs.


Responsibilities:

• Safely operate pickup truck with trailer
• Travel to and from event locations throughout Chicagoland and the suburbs
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle
• Towing of a mobile stage trailer
• Mobile stage placement
• Set up and strike of mobile staging equipment
• Work closely with event coordinators to ensure the safe and timely installation of stages.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate event needs

Experience:

• Previous trailer towing experience of heavy equipment
• Must be familiar with pintle hook hitch
• Must be familiar with all trailer electrical and safety systems
• Must be familiar with trailer braking systems
• Experience with with truck routes and clearance limitations
• Previous event production experience is preferred.
• On the job training available
• C-Class Driver's License is a plus

Qualifications:

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Mechanically Inclined
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
