    Therapeutic Associates Inc. - Creswell PT and Gateway PT (Springfield) are currently seeking to fill full and part-time Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant positions. We are a passionate group of physical therapists that believe in providing individualized and compassionate one-on-one care.     Competitive salary

    Willing to match current salary and increase up to 10%

    $2,500-$7,500 sign on bonus

    Student Debt Repayment program

    $1,500 continuing education budget minimum

    30 hours of one-on-one mentoring per year

    3 weeks of PTO initially (increases with years of service)
